The Defense Manpower Data Center is better known as the DMDC which falls under the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
What is the significance of the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC)?
The DMDC is formally in charge of collecting all manpower data related to the Department of Defense. Like with any government agency, this manpower data is very important and confidential. It is mostly used for planning training activities, applying for funding opportunities, and of course, deploying human resources.
Not only do they collect the data but they maintain it as well, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
