Bayley SmackDown Champion

In what might be one of the best examples of an outlandish theory somehow making complete sense when viewed through the prism of WWE's warped logic, some Reddit user thinks they might have unearthed something about Bayley's new attire.

Since making the change from loveable, hugging, perma-face to a knife-wielding bully with a new attitude and haircut to match, Bayley's enjoyed a lengthy reign (by her standards) as the WWE SmackDown Women's Champion. However, as was starting to get noticed by a number of fans, she never seems to actually wear the belt.

Given she didn't have an issue doing so in the past with the Raw Women's Championship, NXT Women's Championship, and the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship, it was... noticeable. Certainly not a story in and of itself, but one that nonetheless got people talking. That was until this past weekend when Reddit user u/HeLL_BrYnger posited the following theory.

Bayley AEW Theory

If this was any other company in the entire world, you'd dismiss that one out of hand, but the very suggestion that someone has caught Bayley on her way through the curtain and issued a swift 'no-no' on wearing the belt makes a lot of sense in WWE land. The company are desperate to pretend the competition still doesn't exist, and will be hoping the increased interest in NXT around Survivor Series will drain more viewers in the Wednesday Night Wars.

Or, as a lot of Men On The Internet have suggested in the replies to the post maybe it's because she "wants to show off that stomach !!! 😍"

Nikki Cross Signs New WWE Contract

Nikki Cross Signs New WWE Contract

Nikki Cross

Nikki Cross has signed a new multi-year deal with WWE, the typically on-the-money Squad Circle Sirens are reporting.

Cross originally signed a three-year deal upon joining the WWE Performance Center in 2016. Per Squared Circle Sirens, this was set to expire soon, so the company made moves to secure the rising performer long-term. There's no word on the precise length of the new deal yet.

This Sunday's Survivor Series 2019 pay-per-view will see Cross team with brandmates Sasha Banks, Carmella, Dana Brooke, and Lacey Evans to face NXT and Raw opponents in the women's 5-on-5-on-5 elimination match. She's still doing well for herself on the main roster, despite losing her tag team partner, Alexa Bliss, to injury.

2019 has been a fruitful one for Cross. The odd couple act with Bliss initially teased a quick split and readymade feud, though they found surprising chemistry as a tandem and held the Women's Tag Team Championships for 62 days. The Kabuki Warriors ended up taking the gold at Hell In A Cell 2019, but Cross has remained on a steady path, even challenging SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley in early November.

Sarah Logan Shows Off HUGE New Back Tattoo

Sarah Logan Shows Off HUGE New Back Tattoo

Sarah Logan tatto

It has been a long, long time since WWE fans have seen Sarah Logan on main roster television, but the former Riott Squad prospect hit social media to show off an impressive new back tattoo last night.

Per Logan's post, the design is based on Fenrir, also called Fenrisúlfr, monstrous wolf of Norse mythology. He was the son of the demoniac god Loki and a giantess, Angerboda. Fearing Fenrir’s strength and knowing that only evil could be expected of him, the gods bound him with a magical chain made of the sound of a cat’s footsteps, the beard of a woman, the breath of fish, and other occult elements."

Pretty on-brand for a woman who married partner Erik in an awesome-looking Viking wedding last December, then.

Logan's recent inclusion on SmackDown's women's Survivor Series 2019 team came as a surprise, given that she is yet to appear on the brand since moving over from Raw in October's draft. She currently finds herself trapped in Main Event purgatory, competing against the likes of Natalya and Dana Brooke, so it'll be interesting to see if she can level up after the pay-per-view.
