href="/clubs/real-madrid">Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos knows they can win the title against Villarreal at the Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano on Thursday.

Real can clinch the LaLiga Santander title if they beat Javi Calleja's side following a 2-1 win over Granada on Monday.

"We've won nothing yet, although you can see the hunger the team has to win this league title," Ramos said at the Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes.

"It's in our hands and there are still points up for grabs that we want to win.

"The objective from the start after the restart was to win every game and we're going to try to do it.

"We're doing more than enough to win the title.

"LaLiga is a triumph of resolve and consistency, of daily work.

"The break allowed us to react and give ourselves the objective of winning every game.

"Let's hope we can celebrate the title in style on Thursday."

Real Madrid were pinned back by Granada for much of the second half before holding out to secure a vital win.

"I think we let ourselves made the mistake of taking our guard down after going 2-0 up," Ramos explained.

"Instead of killing off the game and looking for the third goal, we relaxed.

"These things can't happen because anyone can beat you if you don't keep up your intensity.

"We won the first half and lost the second.

"The win is very important, although the feeling we have after the second half isn't a good one.

"The level of this league is tremendously high and we have to keep our concentration for the whole game.

"But it was a really good win, we're the only one of the top three [Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid] that's managed to win here and that means it's not easy."
