Chelsea are on the hunt for reinforcements this summer as Frank Lampard looks to overhaul his squad ahead of next season. The Blues boss wants signings in four key areas but is sure to welcome more arrivals if the Stamford Bridge hierarchy have the funds to back him up.
A new left-back, a central defender, a winger and a striker are on Chelsea's transfer wishlist with a number of departures expected, including the out-of-contract duo of Willian and Pedro while Michy Batshuayi is likely to be sold if the Blues can find a buyer.
Emerson Palmieri and Marcos Alonso have both been linked with moves to Serie A and more funds could be generated through the sales of Davide Zappacosta, Victor Moses, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Alvaro Morata.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are said to be interested in a number of high-profile transfer targets including Jadon Sancho, Timo Werner and Ben Chiwell - but they will not come cheap.
Luckily the Blues have a number of other options on the table according to The Sun, who have identified four players who could all be signed for less than £30million.
Chelsea transfer news: Frank Lampard could sign four players for less than £30million each
Gabriel Magalhaes (Lille)
Magalhaes was strongly linked with a move to Stamford Bridge earlier in the season, having impressed in Ligue 1.
It was thought that Chelsea were one of four teams who had a bid accepted for the 22-year-old, who is currently valued at £30m.
Lampard could see Magalhaes as a long-term partner for Antonio Rudiger in central defence, having been unconvinced by Andreas Christensen, Kurt Zouma and Fikayo Tomori.
However, Arsenal have stepped up their interest in the Brazilian so Chelsea will need to move quickly to avoid a bidding war.

Chilwell is Chelsea's priority target at left-back, but Leicester could demand as much as £80m for the England international - the same fee Manchester United paid for Harry Maguire last year.
Tagliafico is a much cheaper option, valued at just £22m by Ajax despite his key role in the Dutch side's run to the Champions League semi-finals last season.
Chelsea are believed to have good relations with the club after sealing a deal for Hakim Ziyech in February, so a move for the 27-year-old is a possibility.
The Argentine international's agent has also confirmed talks about a transfer away from Amsterdam, despite Tagliafico having a contract until 2022.
Chelsea have been linked with a host of top European players ahead of the summer window such as Sancho, Philippe Coutinho and Kai Havertz, while they have also been credited with interest in Federico Chiesa, Federico Bernardeschi and Jesus Corona.
However, all six of those players are sure to cost more than Brentford star Benrahma who is valued at just £22.5m.
The 24-year-old has bagged 10 goals and provided eight assists in 30 Championship appearances so far this season and would be sure to bolster Lampard's options going forward.
While not a certain starter Benrahma could allow Callum Hudson-Odoi, Christian Pulisic and Ziyech to rotate as Chelsea look to compete on multiple fronts.
The most eye-catching name mentioned is that of Arsenal star Aubameyang, with the Gabon international potentially set to be sold in the summer.
The Gunners are keen to keep hold of Aubameyang long-term but the 30-year-old is out of contract at the end of next season and the club are wary of losing him for free.
According to The Sun, Chelsea could swoop in for as little as £20m to secure the frontman's services.
The Blues are also monitoring Moussa Dembele, Victor Osimhen and Timo Werner but none are proven in the Premier League and all will cost substantially more than Aubameyang.
